Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? I understand. My path has been profoundly shaped by experiences of tragic loss when I was just starting my own family, as well as the realities of cancer and terminal illness affecting those very close to me.

These profound challenges have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to helping others find peace, purpose, and healing—even in life’s most difficult moments.

For over 20 years, I have devoted myself to personal transformation—both my own and that of my clients. My journey led me to specialize in Conscious Uncoupling, Conscious Re-Coupling, and Calling in 'The One'—processes that not only transformed my relationships but also allowed me to discover inner peace, clarity of path, and joy in all aspects of my life. Now, I empower others to navigate their healing journeys.

The Love Alchemy Process was born out of my own struggles and transformative experiences. I’m here to guide you on your path to healing and personal transformation, understanding the profound challenges life can present.

Beyond relationship coaching, I offer Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching through the Love Alchemy Process, which focuses on the integration of mind, body, heart, and spirit to facilitate deep, lasting change. My own battles with chronic depression, CFIDS, Lyme Disease, and Toxic Mold Exposure (CIRS) have equipped me with a unique understanding of both physical and emotional healing, highlighting the transformative power of the mind-body connection.
